Between October and April each year, the Society holds monthly meetings in London and Coventry.

Chairman Roy Smyth A. BRING AND BUY SALE: A new slot for this event. Bring all your goodies and buy, sell, or exchange as you wish! There will also be a workshop by Roy Smyth on the use of light meters. B. FILM IMAGE DAY: Projection of members’ slides (no digital!) Bring along a selection that we can project, discuss and judge for a bit of fun. A chance to see your slides in all their glory. |
| 14th January 2012 | London | David Burder presents our annual Show and Tell session. Members are invited to demonstrate and talk about anything related to Stereoscopy within a suitable time limit of around 10 minutes. Priority will be given to items of popular interest. |

Chairman Francis Heath A. THE STEREO WINDOW EXPLAINED: How to manipulate both film-based and digital image pairs to produce satisfactory stereograms. Correct mounting of slides and prints and the use of StereoPhoto Maker will be covered. B. MISCELLANY SHOW: projection of digitised images originally on 6 x 13 glass plates plus a selection of other sequences. |

Digital Workshops. Before the break, there will be talks on the various ways that computers and software packeges can be used to produce results from digital camera work. It is anticipated that this will prominantly include StereoPhoto Maker. After the break, experience members will offer tutorial sessions to small groups. It would be helpful if both those willing to offer presentations and those with a particular need for help would contact Fred Newton so that we can maximise the benefits of the meeting. |

Chairman Barry Aldous A. CREATIVE STEREO: We plan to explain computer generated graphics (similar to those produced by the late Peter Hoole) and the creative manipulation of camera sourced digital images. B. GROUPS’ ACTIVITIES SHOW: projection of stereo images depicting the activities of local groups (or groups further afield) specially taken by some of our own members. We intend to invite members of the groups to attend our meeting. |
